• INSIDE & OUTSIDE INSTALLATION: This blind offers the option for both internal and external installation on a window frame. An inside installation entails fully setting up the blind within the confines of the window frame. To proceed with a partial inside installation, the window frame should have a minimum depth of 2 inches. For an external installation, it is recommended to increase your measurements by at least 1/2 inch or more to guarantee adequate coverage of the intended space. A blind that exceeds your measured dimensions is suitable, as it can be adjusted to halt at any point within the window frame.
• WIDTH & LENGTH: For the width measure your window horizontally in three places from outside edge to edge of the window frame: top, middle, and bottom. Record the narrowest measurement. For best fit, find the size with a width closest to your measurement. The size you order will come with a 1/2-inch deduction to ensure it fits in your windowsill properly. The height will be the longest measurement from top to bottom and will be the size to order.
• IMPORTANT! - This blind is 33.5" wide to allow for mounting the blind inside a 34" wide window. If you plan to mount this blind on the outside of the window frame add the desired width for coverage, plus 1/2". Your blind will arrive to you exactly 33.5" wide.
